1. Service Content
1.1 Domain Registration Services
Users can register, renew, transfer, and manage domain names through our company. The service scope includes various international and domestic top-level domain extensions.
1.2 Virtual Host Services
Provide stable and efficient shared server resources for website hosting and related application support.
1.3 VPS cloud hosting services
Provide flexible configuration of cloud virtual private servers, supporting user-defined resource allocation and software installation.
1.4 SSL Certificate Service
Provide users with SSL certificates for website data encryption, including standard and advanced authentication certificates.
1.5 Other related services
Including but not limited to DNS resolution services, website construction tools, technical support, and customized solutions.
2. User Qualification
2.1 The user should be a person with full capacity for civil conduct who is over 18 years old, or a minor with the consent of their legal guardian.
2.2 When registering a service account, users are required to provide truthful, complete, and accurate personal or business information. If there are any changes in the information, it should be updated in a timely manner.
2.3 Prohibition of using temporary and fake email addresses
Users must use a genuine and valid email address when registering a DNSHE account. Prohibit the use of temporary or fake email addresses to register accounts. If a user violates this regulation, DNSHE has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the user account and cancel the relevant services.
2.4 Email Verification Requirements
Newly registered accounts must complete email verification within 7 days of registration.
If the user fails to complete the verification within the specified time, DNSHE will temporarily suspend the user account and all related services will be suspended or cancelled.
Users need to complete email verification again to restore service after their account has been suspended. Unverified accounts may be deleted after being idle for a long time.
3. Service usage restrictions
3.1 Prohibited Behavior
Users are not allowed to engage in the following behaviors when using the service:
Spreading illegal, malicious, or harmful information;
Engaging in unauthorized intrusion, attack, or tampering with other networks;
Sending spam emails, malicious programs, phishing messages, or engaging in any fraudulent activities;
Hosting or disseminating content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others;
Other behaviors that violate applicable laws, regulations or these terms.
3.2 Resource Usage Restrictions
Virtual hosting and VPS cloud hosting users must use resources under the principle of fair use and must not occupy too many system resources (such as CPU, bandwidth, storage, etc.), which may affect other users.
Prohibit the use of services for high load activities such as mining and DDoS attacks.
3.3 Legal Compliance
Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and shall bear the consequences of their illegal use of the service.
4. Fees and Refund Policy
4.1 Cost Description
The prices of all services are subject to the official website display or mutual agreement. Users are required to pay the fees on schedule, otherwise the service will be suspended or terminated.
4.2 Refund Conditions
Domain name registration service: Once the domain name registration fee is paid, it will not be refunded (except for special circumstances that comply with the rules of the domain name registration agency, such as domain name registration failure).
Virtual hosting services:
Within 7 days after purchase, if the user requests a refund due to service quality issues, the remaining service fee can be refunded.
For services that have been unused for more than 7 days, a refund of the remaining service period fee can be applied for, with a 10% handling fee deducted.
VPS cloud hosting service:
Within 3 days of purchase, unused services can be fully refunded.
When refunding services that have been used, only the unused portion of the fee will be refunded, and a 15% handling fee will be deducted.
SSL Certificate Service:
Once the certificate is issued, it will not be refunded.
If the certificate has not been issued and a refund is requested, the full amount can be refunded.
4.3 Non refundable situations
Suspension or termination of services due to user violation of these terms;
The user voluntarily abandons the service;
Technical issues or data loss caused by user responsibility.
5. Data and Privacy
5.1 Data Backup
Users are responsible for regularly backing up their data. Our company is not responsible for any losses incurred by users due to failure to backup.
5.2 Privacy Protection
Our company strictly protects user privacy and will not disclose user information to third parties, except in the following circumstances:
Authorized by the user;
According to the requirements of laws, regulations or judicial authorities;
It is necessary to share with third parties in order to provide services.
6. Service interruption and liability limitation
6.1 The company promises to provide stable services, but the following situations may cause service interruption, and the company shall not be held responsible:
Regular maintenance or emergency troubleshooting;
Third party reasons (such as network interruption, power outage);
Force majeure events (such as natural disasters, wars, cyber attacks, etc.).
6.2 For losses caused by service interruption, errors, or third-party actions, the total compensation amount of our company shall not exceed the current service fee paid by the user.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 The company owns or is authorized to use all intellectual property related to the services, including but not limited to software, trademarks, documents, icons, etc.
7.2 Users only have the right to use and are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit the above content without permission.
8. Amendment and Termination of Terms
8.1 The company has the right to modify these terms at any time and notify users through website announcements or emails. Once the revised terms are published, they will take effect for all users.
8.2 Users may choose to stop using the service at any time, but the fees paid will not be refunded (except in cases where the refund conditions are met).
8.3 If the user violates these terms, the company has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the service without refunding any fees.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 This clause is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
9.2 Any disputes arising from this clause shall be resolved through consultation between the parties; If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court where DNSHE is located.
