According to the “Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Public Holidays in 2025” and in consideration of our actual operations, the Labor Day holiday schedule for DnsHe is as follows:
Holiday Period:
From Thursday, May 1st, 2025 to Monday, May 5th, 2025, totaling 5 days.
Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025.
During the holiday period, all core services of the DnsHe platform will remain fully operational, including but not limited to:
✅ Domain registration, resolution, and management services
✅ Cloud server activation, renewal, and console operations
✅ SSL certificate application, review, and installation
✅ Console and account system functionalities
Customer Support Arrangement:
During the Labor Day holiday, we will have on-duty support staff available to assist you. Due to limited personnel during the holiday, response times may be slightly delayed. We kindly ask for your understanding. We recommend submitting your inquiries via the Online Ticket System, and we will handle them as promptly as possible.
