Dear Users,
Due to recent fluctuations in email delivery rates caused by network environments and mail service provider policies, email notifications may experience delays. To ensure your account remains secure and accessible at all times, we strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
By enabling 2FA, you add an essential layer of protection. Even if your password is compromised, unauthorized access will be blocked without the second verification step, significantly enhancing the security of your domains and assets.
How to Enable It?
Please follow these steps to configure your security settings:
-
Log In: Access your DNSHE control panel.
-
Navigate: Locate the [Account Management] section in the left-hand menu.
-
Security Center: Enter the [Security Settings] center.
-
Configure:
-
Enable the "Two-Step Verification" option.
-
Under "Risk Login Verification," select your "Preferred Verification Method" (We highly recommend using TOTP-based apps such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
-
Why Use 2FA?
-
Bypass Email Issues: Verification codes are generated instantly on your device, removing dependency on email delivery.
-
Prevent Brute Force: Adds a powerful "digital firewall" to your account credentials.
-
Real-time Control: Effectively intercepts any unauthorized login attempts.
Thank you for your continued trust and support of DNSHE. We remain committed to providing you with a secure and stable DNS management environment.
