1. Prohibition of Illegal Activities

Any domain registered or managed through DNSHE must strictly adhere to international and local cyber laws. Users are strictly prohibited from using our services for:

  • Phishing, Fraud, and Malware/Virus distribution.

  • Disseminating pornography, violence, or extremist content.

  • Illegal gambling, unlicensed financial services, or piracy.

2. Prohibition of Unauthorized Reverse Proxying

It is strictly forbidden to use DNSHE services to reverse proxy any third-party websites that you do not legally own or have explicit authorization for. We will conduct rigorous audits for unauthorized proxying of high-profile platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Global Platforms: Google, GitHub, Telegram, Wikipedia, etc.

  • Governmental, Financial, and News organizations.

3. Enforcement and Penalties

DNSHE maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards violations. Upon discovery of any breach of these terms, we will take the following actions:

  1. Immediate Deactivation: The violating domain will be suspended without prior notice.

  2. Account Termination: The associated account will be permanently banned, and all configuration data will be purged.

  3. Legal Action: We reserve the right to preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement agencies for further investigation.
