To improve the flexibility of account management, DNSHE now supports modifying your account email address.In response to recent user feedback regarding email delivery issues, we are issuing the following rules and recommendations:

New Feature: Email Modification with Cooldown PeriodYou may now change your registered email address independently.For account security, a 48-hour cooldown period is enforced: after a successful email change, you must wait 48 hours before modifying it again.

Important Notice for Outlook / Hotmail UsersDue to recent policy changes affecting email delivery by Outlook, Hotmail, and Live services, some users have been unable to reliably receive system notifications, verification codes, and security announcements from DNSHE.
We strongly recommend:If you are currently using an Outlook/Hotmail/Live email, please use the new email modification feature to update your address to a more stable provider such as Gmail, QQ Mail, or NetEase Mail (163/126), to ensure the security of your domain assets and business continuity.

Supported Email ProvidersDNSHE supports most reputable email services.Recommended providers:Gmail, QQ Mail, 163/126 Mail.

Instructions
- Log in to your DNSHE account.
- Go to the Account Information page.
- Locate the email settings section, enter your new email address, and complete verification to finalize the change.
