DNSHE Domain Registration User Agreement
This DNSHE Domain Registration User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is jointly signed by the user (hereinafter referred to as "the user" or "you") and DNSHE (hereinafter referred to as "the platform" or "us"), and is legally binding on both parties. Before using the domain registration and related services provided by this platform, users must carefully read and understand all the terms of this agreement. If the user does not agree to any content of this agreement, they shall not use the services provided by this platform; If the user continues to use the services of this platform, it means that the user has fully agreed to all the terms of this agreement.
1. Definition
1.1 Domain name: refers to the unique string used to identify and access an address or resource on the Internet.
1.2 User: Refers to natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations that use domain registration, management, and other services provided by this platform.
1.3 Registered person: refers to an individual or legal entity who registers and owns the right to use a domain name on this platform.
1.4 This platform refers to an online platform provided by DNSHE for domain name registration, resolution, management, and other services.
1.5 Services: Refers to a series of domain name related services provided by this platform to users, including domain name registration, resolution, transfer, renewal, deletion, DNS resolution, etc.
2. Service Content
2.1 Domain Name Registration: This platform provides domain name registration services, allowing users to select and register domain names on this platform according to the domain name registration rules.
2.2 Domain Name Management: This platform provides users with domain name management functions, including but not limited to domain name renewal, information modification, DNS resolution configuration, etc.
2.3 Domain Name Transfer: This platform provides domain name transfer services for users, who can transfer their registered domain names to other domain name registrants.
2.4 Technical Support: This platform provides basic customer support services to help users solve problems in domain name registration and management processes.
2.5 This platform has the right to update, modify or add service content at any time and notify users through appropriate means.
3. Rights and Obligations of Users
3.1 Registration Rights: Users have the right to choose and register available domain names on the platform in accordance with the terms of service of this platform.
3.2 Information Accuracy: The user agrees to provide truthful, accurate, complete, and timely updated registration information, including but not limited to the name, address, contact information, etc. of individuals or organizations, to ensure the legality and validity of the registration information.
3.3 Domain Name Usage Rights: The user has the right to use the domain name registered on this platform, which is enjoyed by the registrant. Unless otherwise specified or required by law, the user has the right to manage, transfer, resell, or modify the domain name.
3.4 Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies when using the domain name services provided by this platform. Users are not allowed to register or use domain names that violate national laws, infringe on the intellectual property rights or moral ethics of others.
3.5 Domain Name Content Management: Users are responsible for the content involved in the use of the domain name, including website content, advertising content, etc. Users are not allowed to post illegal or harmful content through domain names, such as infringing on the rights of others, spreading malicious software, or engaging in fraud.
3.6 Account Security: Users should take appropriate measures to protect the security of account information, such as password protection, two factor authentication, etc. The user shall be responsible for all activities under their account.
4. Rights and obligations of this platform
4.1 Service Provision: This platform promises to provide users with stable and reliable domain name registration, management, and related services in accordance with the service content agreed upon in this agreement.
4.2 Information Review: This platform has the right to review the registration information provided by users to confirm whether the information meets the platform's requirements and relevant laws and regulations. If users provide false information, the platform has the right to refuse to provide services or suspend/terminate services for registered domain names.
4.3 Suspension or Termination of Services: This platform has the right to suspend or terminate the use of domain names by users who violate this agreement, laws, regulations, or relevant policies, and shall not be liable for any losses incurred by users as a result.
4.4 Service interruption or termination: This platform has the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate some or all of the services according to operational needs, but should notify users in advance and try to minimize their losses.
4.5 Intellectual Property Protection: This platform enjoys intellectual property rights related to domain name registration and related services. Users shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of this platform.
5. Domain registration, fees, and payment
5.1 Registration fee: Users need to pay the registration fee specified by this platform when registering a domain name. The fee standard may vary depending on factors such as domain name type and registration period. Users should be aware of and agree to the current fee standard when registering.
5.2 Payment method: The user shall pay the registration fee according to the payment method provided by the platform. The payment methods supported by the platform include but are not limited to credit card, Alipay, WeChat payment, etc.
5.3 Renewal and expiration: Domain registration has a deadline, and users need to renew on time to maintain the validity of the domain name. If the user fails to renew on time, the platform has the right to suspend or cancel the service of the domain name, and may delete or handle the domain name according to the actual situation.
5.4 Refund Policy: Unless otherwise specified by law, the platform generally does not provide refund services. If there are technical issues with domain registration, users can apply for a refund or change of domain name.
6. Ownership and Management of Domain Names
6.1 Domain Ownership: After registering a domain name, the user has the right to use the domain name. The ownership of a domain name should comply with the legal requirements of the country/region of registration.
6.2 Domain Name Change: Users have the right to modify, transfer, or resell their registered domain names, but must comply with the platform's relevant regulations and legal requirements.
6.3 Domain name deletion: If the user decides not to use a certain domain name anymore, they can delete the domain name through the platform, but the paid fee will not be refunded.
6.4 Management Responsibilities: Users are responsible for managing their domain names and related services, including but not limited to domain name resolution, updating contact information, etc.
7. Intellectual Property Declaration
7.1 Platform Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, logos, interface designs, text, images, software, and other resources on this platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not infringe upon these intellectual property rights while using the services of this platform.
7.2 User Content: The content posted by users on the platform (such as website content) should be legal and not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. If there is a dispute over intellectual property infringement, the user shall bear the responsibility on their own and compensate the platform for any losses suffered as a result.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Interruption: This platform shall not be liable for service interruption, information loss, or other issues caused by technical failures, force majeure, third-party service problems, etc.
8.2 Security risks: Users should understand the risks of the Internet environment and take measures to ensure the security of their account information and data. The platform shall not be held responsible for account or information leakage caused by improper user operations.
8.3 Limitation of Liability: This platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to economic losses, loss of goodwill, data loss, etc.
9. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement
9.1 Protocol Modification: This platform has the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. The modified agreement will be notified to users through platform announcements, emails, and other means. Users who continue to use the service after the agreement is modified shall be deemed to have agreed to the new agreement content.
9.2 Termination of Agreement: Users may terminate the use of the services on this platform at any time, but must settle all outstanding fees. If the user violates the agreement, the platform has the right to immediately terminate the service to the user.
9.3 Validity of the Agreement: This agreement shall come into effect upon the user's registration and acceptance of the terms of this agreement. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid by a court, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
10. Application of Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Applicable Law: The signing, performance, and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the location of the platform.
10.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly consultation; If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the court where this platform is located.
11. Other terms
11.1 Complete Agreement: This agreement is the complete agreement between the parties in the domain name registration service and supersedes all previous oral or written agreements.
11.2 Force Majeure: If the agreement cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, wars, government actions, etc.), both parties shall not be held responsible.
Clause 11.3 Separability: If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall still have legal effect.
