Before registering, accessing, or using our services, please ensure you read and understand these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") carefully and in their entirety.
By completing the registration process, logging in, or using the Service, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the provisions of these Terms and various subsidiary policies (including the Privacy Policy). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please immediately cease all access and use of our services.
I. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 Service: Refers to the technical platform operated by DNSHE that allows users to register and manage customized subdomains under designated main domains ("Main Domains"), including DNS resolution and management services.

1.2 Subdomain: Refers to the domain name obtained through this Service, consisting of a user-defined prefix and a Main Domain (e.g.,
yourname.dnshe.com). -
1.3 User or You: Refers to any individual or entity that registers, logs in to, or uses this Service.
II. Service Characteristics and Changes

2.1 "As Is" Basis: This Service is provided FREE of charge and on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to unilaterally modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

2.2 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Free services may have limitations in stability and performance compared to paid alternatives.

2.3 Main Domain Management: We reserve the right to add, replace, or reclaim Main Domains. In such cases, we will attempt to provide notice via website announcements, but are not obligated to provide compensation.
III. User Eligibility and Account Management

3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent) and possess full capacity for civil conduct.

3.2 Real-name Information: You must provide accurate and complete identity information as prompted. You bear all legal liabilities arising from false or outdated information.

3.3 One Account Per User (Strict Prohibition of Multi-Accounting): > To ensure fair distribution of free resources, each individual or entity is permitted to register and maintain only ONE (1) account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single user through any means—including but not limited to using multiple email addresses, automated scripts, or IP manipulation—is strictly prohibited. If we detect or reasonably suspect that a user controls multiple accounts, we reserve the right to merge, suspend, or permanently ban all associated accounts and reclaim all subdomains therein without prior notice.

3.4 Personal Use: Accounts are for personal use only. You may not transfer, rent, or sell your account to any third party.

3.5 Account Reclamation: We may reclaim subdomains and cancel accounts that remain inactive for 360 consecutive days (defined as no login activity and no active DNS resolution traffic).
IV. Lawful Use and Strictly Prohibited Conduct
Your use of the Service must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction and the People's Republic of China. Prohibited conduct includes:

4.1 Illegal Content: Using subdomains for content that endangers national security, spreads obscenity, gambling, violence, or infringes on the rights of others.

4.2 Intellectual Property Infringement: Registering subdomains that infringe upon third-party trademarks or copyrights.

4.3 Resource Abuse: Engaging in mass registration, domain parking, traffic hijacking, or sending spam/junk information.

4.4 Compliance and Filing: Websites providing public access within Mainland China must complete the ICP Filing process. Failure to provide a valid filing number upon request will result in immediate suspension of DNS resolution.
V. Monitoring and Disposition

5.1 Rights of the Platform: We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor user activity. If a violation is detected, we may:

Delete or block non-compliant content;

Suspend or terminate specific subdomain resolution;

Permanently ban the user account and all associated data;

Report violations to relevant judicial or regulatory authorities.

VI. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Risk Assumption: You use this Service at your own risk. We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions caused by force majeure, cyber-attacks, or government actions.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNSHE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall be Zero (0) RMB.
VII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China.

7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the People's Court with jurisdiction in the location of the service provider.
VIII. Miscellaneous

8.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DNSHE.

8.2 Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
